1. Nature of service & disclaimer of guarantees
800 DOCS LLC SOC provides typing, application compilation, document clearing and submission assistance for UAE visas, company licensing, attestation, legal translation, notary and property-related transactions. We act strictly as an intermediary service provider handling the application process on your behalf through official government channels (e.g., GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DED, MOFA, Dubai Courts, Dubai Land Department). Approvals, security clearances, and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the relevant UAE authority. We have zero authority or influence over the final decision and make no guarantees of approval.
2. Document authenticity & client responsibilities
When utilising our services, you acknowledge and strictly agree to the following:
- Authenticity: All documents you share with us (including passports, IDs, certificates, licenses, title deeds and tenancy contracts) must be 100% authentic, genuine, and legally valid.
- Data verification: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all draft applications, translations and documents prepared by our team. We are not liable for typographical errors, rejections, or fines resulting from incorrect information once you have authorised the submission.
- Misrepresentation: We hold no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any misrepresentation, falsification, concealment of facts, or forgery of documents provided by you.
- Fines, expiries & overstays: You are solely responsible for tracking the validity of your visas, licenses, permits and registrations. We are not liable for any overstay fines, late-renewal penalties, absconding charges, deportation costs, or legal consequences arising from expired documents or delayed applications.
3. Authorised payment methods & security
To ensure the security of your transactions and protect against fraud, we strictly mandate the following payment procedures:
- Online & electronic payments: We officially accept payments via our secure generated payment links, direct bank transfers to the official 800 DOCS LLC SOC corporate bank account, and physical point-of-sale (POS) card machines.
- Cash policy: Cash payments are strictly permitted only when made in person at our official physical office.
- Disclaimer of unauthorised payments: We explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability for cash payments made outside of our office premises, or payments handed to any external individuals, third parties, or unofficial agents claiming to represent us. Any payment made outside of our officially authorised channels is done entirely at your own risk.
4. Fees, rejections, and strict refund policy
Our total billed amount includes both official UAE Government fees and our service/typing charges. Please carefully review our strict policy regarding rejections, cancellations, and refunds:
- Government fee refunds: In the event of an application rejection or cancellation by the government, whatever exact refund amount we successfully receive back from the government authorities will be refunded to you. If the government does not issue a refund, no refund can be provided by us.
- Refund service charge: To process any eligible refunds back to your original payment method or bank account, a refund processing fee / administrative charge will be applicable and deducted from the total refunded amount.
- Service fees: Our typing, consultation, translation, and processing service fees are strictly non-refundable once our team has initiated work on your request, regardless of the final outcome.
- Payment disputes: Any malicious chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes filed with your bank after services have been rendered will be legally contested, and we reserve the right to report such actions to relevant UAE authorities.
