Obtain the Good Conduct Certificate from Dubai Police.

DLD Block & Recommendation

Submission to DLD to block the property and receive the recommendation letter.

Trade License Issuance

Obtaining the special license from Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).

Establishment Card

Opening the Establishment Card file in Immigration.

Entry Permit

Issuance of the initial entry permit for the investor.

Change Status

Activating the new visa status inside the country.

Medical Screening

Medical application, screening, and receiving the Medical Fitness Certificate.

EID Application

Emirates ID application and completion of biometric fingerprinting.

Visa Stamping

Final approval and stamping of the 2-Year Residence Visa.
