Corporate PRO Services in Dubai.
Stop Paying Typing Center Markups.
We are your direct-portal Corporate PRO, explicitly handling all government approvals and paperwork. Our in-house typists process visas, labor contracts, and trade licenses straight through your company portals. No Amer Center or Tasheel Center markups. Just rapid results.
The Traditional World vs. The 800DOCS Way
The traditional in-house PRO model is outdated, expensive, and heavily reliant on third-party middlemen. We have completely re-engineered corporate PRO services into a smarter, direct-portal solution.
In-house PRO + Amer and Tasheel
You hire one person, then that same person still depends on Amer and Tasheel centres to complete most procedures, including queue time, waiting in line and centre-to-centre delays.
Fixed monthly payroll cost
Salary, visa, insurance, leave salary, gratuity, annual ticket and idle-time cost.
Extra Amer and Tasheel charges
Amer and Tasheel charges sit on top of the actual government fee.
Queue delays and waiting in line
Your PRO loses time travelling, waiting at Amer and Tasheel, and following up physically.
One person, many departments
No single PRO is truly strong across labour, immigration, DET, municipality, tax, free zones and approvals.
Missed updates cost money
Exemptions, revised rules and department changes get missed.
Outsourced PRO, direct portal filing
You get a specialist team instead of a single payroll burden, and work is handled only when needed.
Pay per requirement
No full-time employee cost sitting on your books month after month.
Direct government portal filing
We use the relevant government portals directly instead of routing the work through Amer and Tasheel, so you avoid those extra layers.
Expert typists in-house
Our in-house expert typists process the work directly, so there is no waiting in line at Amer and Tasheel.
Authority-wise specialists
Different experts handle labour, immigration, DET, municipality, health approvals, notary and tax.
Cleaner compliance
Updated process logic, current rules and better visibility on what is really payable.
The Exact Math Behind Your Savings
By eliminating massive overheads and avoiding typing center markups, we drastically cut your processing expenses.

Rental Agreement (Ejari) Renewal
A valid Ejari is mandatory to renew your trade license.
Validity Rule: If your rental agreement is expiring in less than two months, it must be renewed first. You need an Ejari with more than 60 days of validity to proceed with the trade license renewal.
Generate Initial Payment Voucher
With a valid Ejari in hand, we process the application through the Department of Economy to generate the initial payment voucher for the trade license renewal.
Audit Exemptions & Final Voucher
This is where we reduce your costs. We audit the initial payment voucher against current government initiatives.
- Audit voucher for eligible exemptions and discounts
- Apply exemptions to the system
- Generate the Final (Discounted) Payment Voucher
Payment & License Issuance
The final payment voucher is paid. Upon successful clearance, the officially renewed Trade License is instantly issued.
Renew Establishment Card
With the new trade license, we visit an AMER center (or process via portal) to renew the company's Establishment Card at Immigration. This is vital for visa processing.
Update MOHRE Systems
Procedure Complete
As the final step, we update the newly renewed Trade License and Establishment Card within the MOHRE labor systems, synchronizing your entire corporate profile.
Offer Letter Drafting & Approval
The procedure officially begins with drafting the employment offer. This ensures both parties agree to the terms before official labor processing begins.
Labor Insurance
Once the offer letter is approved, the employer secures Labor Insurance. This is a mandatory safety net for the employee.
Coverage: Protects the employee in the event of company bankruptcy, ensuring coverage for unpaid salaries, flights, and other repatriation expenses to their home country.
Work Permit Fees & Labor Approval
The final labor step before shifting to Immigration. The employer pays the two-year work permit fees.
- Final Approval to proceed to Immigration
Entry Permit & e-Visa
An entry permit application is submitted to Immigration. Upon successful review, an official e-Visa is issued for the employee.
Arrival to UAE or Change of Status
The employee's physical presence and legal status in the UAE must now be aligned with the new e-Visa.
If Outside UAE
The employee uses the issued e-Visa to book a flight and officially arrive in the country.
If Inside UAE
The employee must process an internal Change of Status application without leaving.
Medical Screening
1. Medical Application
Submit the official medical application.
2. Medical Screening
Undergo the physical screening at a designated medical center.
3. Medical Fitness Report
Wait to receive the official Medical Fitness Report declaring the employee fit for work.
Emirates ID Application
1. Emirates ID Application
Submit the Emirates ID application to the Federal Authority.
2. Emirates ID Biometrics (Optional)
eKYC is only required for first-timers. Those who are not first-timers have no need to visit the Emirates ID customer service center.
Tawjeeh Class (Informative Class)
Unskilled employees are required to attend a mandatory Tawjeeh informative class detailing employee rights, duties, and safety guidelines. (Skilled employees are exempt from this step).
ILOE Insurance
The employee must secure Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) Insurance. This is required before the final labor contract can be generated.
Final Labor Contract & Labor Card
Once the ILOE Insurance is secured and verified, MOHRE will automatically generate the Final Approved Labor Contract and Labor Card.
Final Visa Stamping
With the labor card completed, the employer proceeds to submit the final Visa Stamping application. Immigration reviews the file and issues the final approved residency visa.
Receiving the Emirates ID
Procedure Complete
Following the approval of the Visa Stamping, the physical Emirates ID card is printed by the Federal Authority and delivered to your registered address.
Contract Renewal Drafting & Approval
The renewal procedure begins with drafting the contract renewal letter from the MOHRE system.
Labor Insurance Payment
Following the initial approval of the renewal contract, the employer must secure Labor Insurance for the new term.
Labor Work Permit Fees
After the insurance is paid, the employer must pay the official renewal fees for the labor work permit.
Labor Class (Tawjeeh Class)
Unskilled employees are strictly required to attend a mandatory Labor Class (Tawjeeh Class). Skilled employees are exempt.
ILOE Insurance Renewal
Before proceeding to medical screening, the employee must renew their Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) Insurance.
Medical Screening
Undergo physical screening and receive the official Medical Fitness Report declaring the employee fit for visa renewal.
Emirates ID Renewal Application
The application to renew the Emirates ID is submitted to the Federal Authority.
Approve Labor Contract & Labor Card
The final renewed labor contract and labor card are officially approved and issued by the Ministry.
Visa Stamping Application
With the labor documentation fully completed, the application for the final Visa Stamping is submitted to Immigration for review and approval.
Renewed Emirates ID Delivery
Following the approval of the Visa Stamping, the renewed physical Emirates ID card is printed by the Federal Authority and delivered.
Create Cancellation Application
Based on the reason for exit (termination or resignation), we draft and create the official labor cancellation application through the MOHRE portal.
Employee Signature (Sign-Off)
To proceed legally, you must obtain the employee's signature on the cancellation application. This signifies they have received their dues and agree to the end of service.
Upload Signed Documents
The signed cancellation document is scanned and uploaded back into the MOHRE system for official review.
Labor Cancellation Approval
MOHRE reviews the signed documents. Once validated, they officially approve and process the labor cancellation, clearing the way for Immigration.
Immigration Visa Cancellation
With the labor card canceled, the final residency visa cancellation is submitted and processed through Immigration.
Final Status Change or Exit
The employee must either exit the country or successfully get onto a new visa before the grace period date mentioned on the final Immigration cancellation document.
